1- Cancellation and refund conditions

The customer has the right to cancel the reservation and request a refund at least 24 hours before the car delivery date, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded.

No refunds are possible in case of cancellation after the scheduled date or no-show.

2- Replacement (changing the type of car or the reservation period)

The customer can request a car replacement or modify the booking period up to 12 hours before the pickup date, depending on car availability. This may result in a price difference that will be charged to the customer or refunded to him, depending on the situation.

3- Cases of ineligibility for refund

The customer is not entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  • After receiving and using the car.
  • Delay in delivery without prior notice.
  • Violation of the terms of the lease agreement or the usage policy.

4- Refund method and execution time

Refunds are issued using the same payment method employed within a period ranging from 5 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider's and bank's policies.

5- Vehicle breakdowns or unavailability

If the reserved car cannot be provided or a malfunction prevents its delivery, the customer has the right to choose to receive a full refund or to replace the car with another similar or higher-quality car, depending on availability.

6- Delay in receiving or delivering

If the customer is late in receiving or delivering the item, the company has the right to charge additional fees as stated in the rental contract, and this does not entail any right of refund.
